    Black screen - missing channels

    Hello,

My Vu Duo+ 2 has been pretty much faultless for ages but just today a few channels have gone blank. They are showing in EPG. I have tried a full scan, EPG download, autobouquetsmaker scan and reboot but the same channels are missing.

    Any help appreciated.

Channels are not missing, they are there. They are not clearing.

Could anyone tell me how I could manually change my SS1 freq from 12148 (H) 27500 to 12110 (H) 27500. I'm using Sky ROI and it's the only channel out of the blank ones that I'd like for the weekend?
    Thanks

some channels work but you need to see the thread abu has pointed you to and see COMPASS's thread. although did not work for me.

another way is to press (for example), press sky sports, press tv button , press red button (all) and chose one that works from there.

I've edited my custom provider xml to insert them into spaces

    Code:
    		2709: 298, # "ComedyXtra",
    		4335: 299, # "Sky Living +1",
    		1325: 494, # "Sky Sports HQ IE"
    		1309: 495, # "Sky Sports 1 IE"
    		1308: 496, # "Sky Sports 2 IE"
    		1323: 497, # "Sky Sports 3 IE"
    		1324: 498, # "Sky Sports 4 IE"
    		1097: 499, # "Sky Sports 5 IE"

Super, that's done it. I'll pass that workaround onto my family!

Possible solution for abm to add them sat_282_sky_uk.rar for users you will be best using a custommix isntead of the providers file

I was able to resolve the Sky Sports Channels but Eurosports 1 & 2 are only listed once each, Is there another fix for this?

If you update the provider file or update from 5.2 009, the whole transponder will be excluded by ABM. Where there are alternatives, these will be used. If there are not, the channels will be removed.

Sorry, update config file. It is in the ABM menu. If you have added any custom files, I suggest you remove them first. Add them afterwards if you still need to.

A quick fix for Irish users for Sky Sports 1 RoI until abm sorts it ive raised the issue on github so shouldn't take long to sort.

Unzip the sat_282_sky_irl_CustomMix.zip attached at the bottom of post to desktop then ftp the sat_282_sky_irl_CustomMix.xml to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom

Then rescan abm no need to reboot box and you should have Sky Sports 1 UK on channel 495.

I added it to 495 so when abm sorts it and you update config files and 401 works you can just FTP /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom and delete the sat_282_sky_irl_CustomMix.xml and rescan abm

    sat_282_sky_irl_CustomMix.zip

This is now sorted delete the custommix if used then update config files then re run abm
