    Backup timers to new openvix 5.0

    Hi

    I am hoping to upgrade to the new openvix and you can not restore your old settings. I am fine setting up from scratch but is there anyway i can transfer my existing timers. I have so many that took me ages to configure and memorizing all of them and then setting them again would take so long. Is there a way?

    What image are you currently on.

    You can do a settings restore from 4.2 onwards

    I am on version 4.2.010

    I thought we had to set everything up from scratch?

    5.0 release thread states. Cannot perform online update.

    Can use a settings restore from vix 4.2.

    I have just done a restore from 4.2.30 on my os mini.

    Worked fine
