Mutant hd1500 help please.

Please bare with me I am a total noob and having looked around the forums here I have not found what I am looking for. I recently bought 2 mutant hd1500 and all is fine apart from when i record one channel I get tune failed when i try to watch another. I went through both Manuals (mutant and openvix)Also tried switching the cables around checked that settings were the same etc. But nothing seems to work.

What is your tuner setup? Menu > setup > service searching > tuner configuration. Post both tuners here please.

Do you have wires direct from the LNB connected to both tuners?

yes i have wires connected to the sat in and sat2 out

That is wrong.

One wire from the LNB must be connected to Tuner 1 "in" port/connector
One wire from the LNB must be connected to Tuner 2 "in" port/connector

I am having issues with recording now. Sometimes the timer will start recording but not record the whole program and sometimes records a duplicate channel. Sorry to be a pain but is there something i am doing wrong ?

Hello I just bought a mutant HD1500 and two things won't work. In general works great, fast zapping, nice EPG etc.
I use the dutch standard CanalDigitaal fro access.

1st the timeshift does not work, only a strange rectangular icon in right top corner appears. Also recording does not work although a USB3 stick of 64 GB is plugged in and formatted.
2nd the OPnPLI update does nothin altough the build on the tuner is from summer 2016. Also update from USB does not work.
Can anybody help me?
