Doh and I only just ordered today thinking they would be here this week.

Is this box significantly better/worth the wait over the mutant HD51?

I'm really interested in purchasing this box but since I'm new to this and it seems as though it's gonna have some teething troubles, I'm content just to wait for a little while.

Likewise bassethound. Will be ordering next week.

Reason I'm not opting for the mutant is Im Looking for the remote to be of superior quality than that of the mutant HD51.

    I am confused.

Why do all these vids of the Octogon, showing multistream services state that it's DVB-S2X ?

According to King of Sat and Lyngsat, these services are not S2X, they are just normal S2

    5.0°W
    Eutelsat 5 West A 12648.00 V KA4 Super DVB-S2
    PLS: Gold+121212

They're not are they, if you want to read it like that then channels are not 4k either, it's just a full description of the SF4008,

I agree though If 'receiver or STB' was added to the end or some punctuation or underscores in the line it wouldn't be so ambiguous

    'PLS GOLD 121212 ACM VCM 12648 Stream 1,2,3 Eutelsat 5West A 5°W Multitream OCTAGON SF4008 4K UHD S2X receiver'

I guess, every video i've seen, i've read it as them showing off Multistream on dvb-s2x channels lol.

It was only when I was looking on KOS that I noticed, they were not doing that.

I wonder why they have not posted any video's of any of the dvb-s2x channels though.
