Help with Zgemma H2

Hi
I could do with some help with my box,When i have been watching recordings and go back to tv mode the small box in the left corner comes up blank and nothing happens, I have to re boot it every time,it only does it when i go back from been watching.
I bought the box plug and go from a fellow called the Sky Guy, I can not contact him as he as vanished,I could do with someone who lives near me to sort it out I am willing to pay.

Openvix and this forum do not support Zgemma box and also prohibit, illegal obtaining of paid tv subscription.

You won't be getting any help here, Google search probably your best bet.
