Guys, can I have a list of STBs you are using so I can get some test images built.

Also we need to know that the lamedb produced is compatible with settings editors before there is any chance of this being pushed to the release image.

DreamBoxEdit added support for multistream since version 7.0.0.0 and it's what I use anyway.

    Changes in 7.0.0.0
    - added support for multistream MIS/PLS (fully editable in satellites.xml editor, service details, transponder edit)

It still doesn't seem to like ABM format but that's not really a problem, if reading from the box ABM bouquets can just be deleted first and then scanned again when returned to box.

E-Channelizer reads ok including ABM bouquets but I couldn't find anyway to edit ms details but then again I didn't try very hard as I prefer Dreamboxedit

And does multistream survive an ABM scan?

Also we need to solve problems in transponder info.

And lastly we needs to check how settings from this will work on an image without this.

Is it not just as easy as "have a little peek at the openatv commit"?

What for? We already have a working multistream image. Just need some feedback for tweaking.

Yes, it survives an ABM scan, my base settings are Vhannibal's edited to my own liking then ABM scan on top.

MS channels without this just results 'tune failed' messages.

What is the problem with transponder info ?

Any luck with DVB-C problem ?

The DVB-C issue is caused by transponder info. Need a step by step of what causes it and to add some debug to help track it down.

I'm sorry i'm not mega technical, its just that maxben said previously it was now working in openATV, so there must have been a commit for it.
Maybe maxben knows where it is? I know from discussions i have had with him in another forum a while ago he has been banging the drum on this one to get full enigma2 support for the tuner.

As far as I know this is not in any release image, just test images. On PLi there is not a single commit, but a whole branch. I guess ATV would be the same, but anyway their Enigma2 is pretty different from OpenViX so merging code from there is not always easy.

I'm pleased to say that today after many hours work Huevos managed to squash the bug mentioned earlier so now the TBS5925 is working very well on my Solo 4k with multistream.

As this so far has only been tested on my Solo 4k afaik I'm not sure when this will merged in to the main branch so if anyone has a different box and a TBS5925 I'm sure Huevos would be happy to provide a test image.

    Any questions please ask.

I have a Solo2 and a TBS5925 that’s been gathering dust for a while that I could use to test out an image, but I am not very technical minded and I have only used it a few times to watch FTA channels on my laptop, it was a gift from my better half that doesn’t get used very much.

Interested in selling it if you don't really use it?

I may look into buying the tuner later in the month now that I know it works but I too would be using on solo4k.
    Sorry.
