SAT not found in PAT and Tune Failed - HELP

Hello experts,

I am using Xpeed LX2 box with latest vix image (4.1.010) and mgcamd 1.38 line. Recently I have started getting messages like 'tune failed' and 'SAT not found in PAT' messages on a number of channels (paid and fta - BBC1, BBC2, Kids channels, sports and international channels). At times missing channels reappear on its own and then disappear after a while.

I have read a number of posts and tried various things including autobouquetmaker, auto scan, reflashing, rebooting, checking cables etc. None of this has helped and I am totally confused now.
I am not too savvy with this technology and satellite/tuner settings, so don't really know how to check that. My dish is installed at a height outside and from what I can tell nothing has changed in its position.

Wondered if any of the experts here could guide me on what to do and how to do.
