    Dolby Digital output

How do I set the Gigablue to output in Dolby Digital?

My Soundbar usually picks up when it is a DD signal but since using the Gigablue there has been no DD signal.

Are there certain settings that should be set?

I am using an Optical cable.

    Regards
    Chris

    Hi,
go to audio settings of your Gigablue and make sure that downmix is NOT activated.

Sorted - many thanks. So many settings to set up, these boxes are amazing.
Should I set the AAC to 'No' as well?

    Hi,
AAC si a bit more complicated. It depends on your TV/AVR. AAC is often used for streams from the internet. You can start with AAC downmix = no and when you have no sound for some streams set it to yes.
