    Purple Screen, No Sound

    Hi,

I have turned on my box on a number of occasions and I have a purple tint to the screen, and no sound? Sometimes just turning the unit into standby and back on fixes this, but its a bit annoying - any suggestions? Is it anything to do with the audio video settings for my TV?

I have seen this with a vuduo2 , solution is just to quickly switch to standby and back on again. No idea why it happens. I changed to pli and do not have this problem.

It might be an handshake issue with your TV, try a better cable or even a different input port.
