Hello there

I am having problems with my vu+duo box

it has an error code enigma2_crash_1450632479.log
it restarts itself with the above error code
channels have disappeared
not recording or letting me delete recorded channels
channels are not numbered
no option to create a menu for different channels eg. films and news
I don't think there a menu for setup cacheflush
for every channel it only shows 1 or 2 coming up programes. before I could lookup a week ahead

please please help
