Hi all,

Does anyone know of a shop or freelance technician who diagnoises and fixes vu duo enigma issues, as i live abroad i am finding it hard to support some new issues that my parents have had.

The attached image is where the screen freezes, as far as i know it was working prior to this.Any ideas on how i can progress this?

try updating to the latest image

Judge is correct from what we can even, do you know how to run and setup ABM? and probably crossepg??

Also looking at the date on the infobar seems to suggest the receiver hadn't even been setup yet

i would be able to do it but the issue is i am living abrad thats why i am looking for recommended technician who can do this for my parents.

If you know what to do then you will also know it's not difficult to do. Surely you can talk your parents through it or a sibling

Just tell them to press the TV button on the remote, if there's channels there it should be fairly obvious to them.
