    ITV HD shaky

    Hi all

My ITV HD Doesn't seem the best quality. Nowhere near as good as the ITV HD on my freeview TV. Picture seems shaky.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I would say to check that the frequency on the sat box is at a frequency that your TV can handle. I think it is in the Settings menu>Customise>

Previously my ET9000 has been set at say 60hz when my tv is at 50hz and the picture has been ""shaky"". That is really the only thing I can think of, apart from a turn off and turn on, which generally sorts out some issues.

Can't find anything to do with box frequency on customise. It was fine before I reflashed the box

    I think it's in A/V settings.

It was set at 720. My TV supports 1080i so should it be set at 1080i 50hz?

I would double check that the box is set to 50hz as not all TVs can handle this and my (limited) experience has shown me that when my box has been set to 60hz it has caused issues with my TV.

Not so much the 720, 1080i 1080p bits but deffo the frequency.
