    GigaBlue HD 800 SE

    Hi, Is there somewhere that repairs GigaBlue HD 800 SE boxes........ It looks as if the cable into the LNB in port must have got dampness into it..... It now says TUNER FAILED....I have replaced the cable and tested its working with another box, but I think the tuner card may have been damaged by the dampness in the sat cable .......... Anywhere these can be sent for repair ?

    could it be the same issue that a couple of us are having? - did it happen after upgrading the vix software?

    I upgraded the image last month......but its been working fine up till Thursday night......then it just went TUNER FAILED....... So I went down the route of Cable replacement , ensure LND and Dish are ok........so now its back to box !
