EPG not loading??

Hi, new to the site and a noob to the vu and vix. This may be a simple question and fix but any help is appreciated.

My EPG doesn't seem to load any more, fta seems to load ok also all the news channels load fully. My 'extra' channels don't show what's on unless i select one of them then it will show now and next but nothing more??? Is there a way i can get them to load complete showing more than now and next for everything? I have searched for answers but alot of the posts either contradict each other or are just old posts now.

Look in the quick support menu at the top of page and find how to load crossepg
