    Unable to record and watch another program at same time

    hi I have a vu duo2 however I cannot record and watch another program at same time. Any help much appreciated ????

    Are you using CCcam? If so, you need to be using version 2.3.

    If above does not solve issue,

    What is your setup in terms of tuner modules?
    How many cables are connected to the tuners?
    What is on the other end of the cables?
    What are the tuners configured as.

    i have same problem twin shotgun cable out of sky hd box into vu+due 2 setup as simple single astra 28 disce off wil record and watch differant FTA but can only watch or record one pay channel using CCam 2.3.0 any help thanks

    Ive see this issue when i set up a ZGemma and it turned out the feed cables where the wrong way round going into the box, swaped them round and all was spot on. Might be worth a try on the duo2 !!

    Please don't compare your ZGemma with an original box. It will have all sorts of issues that have no relevance.
