    Mutant 2400 transcoding and openwebif

Transcoding through mobile net is very flaky n choppy even at minimum bitrate. I've then tried with my solo2 which streams without video breaking. What could be the reason? Ok it's only 1.5 Mb/s with VM uk but no problem watching solo2 streams.

SD channels. Also it takes much longer than solo2 to stream if managed to do.

Edit: just tried Beeb one outside of home network but on wifi and video is unwatchable. freezing & choppy.
