Vu Duo Err28

Hi All
Virgin poster so apologises if I ain't clear
I have a vu duo throwing up an err28 on boot which is a memory full problem,any way of clearing this?
I can't get onto the box through the network as it won't boot,just stuck in the loading screen after throwing up that error.

Nobody will be able to read that mate. 1st things 1st do you know it's definitely an original (not clone) receiver? What image name/number and build is on it? Have you ever reflashed an image on your receiver?

If you know it's an original receiver from a reputable place and you know how to reflash then that's what i'd do. Get 3.2 build 21 onto a USB stick and fresh flash. fingers crossed that gets you back up and running.
