Hi iv just set my extrend but having probs 1: it seems to have some kind of audio over lay IE: when they are talking and for instance some walks round a car it prescribes this in AUDIO as someone talking in describing this how do i stop this. 2 : on EGP the picture is too long by about 1" as a bit of IE:BBC1 it shows as BC1 how do i alter this help please thanks

> Setup > System > Auto Language Selection > "Prefer audio track stored by service" Set to NO and press green button to save.

Have you saved with the green button. You could try a restart after?

no i pressed audio and changed that way seems to have worked. any ideas on how to shorten length of screen as its missing by about 1"( Sky Atlantic becomes- ky Atlantic etc thanks

sorry i mean i did press green to save but the same then i did audio to change it

You need to change via where I told you. Set your audio 1 language to english if not done so already. Green button to save and restart receiver.

You need to take a picture of the epg you mention. Could be a skin issue. Not sure. What skin are you using, Image etc?

Sorry, but how could we help if you don't even tell us which image you're using?

Hi thanks ive sorted audio but sometimes still have to alter by going to audio and changing from audio 1 to audio 2 and have sorted EPG size had to alter in TV settings

Hi when i ordered it i asked for Openvix (latetest) which they put on it, i went to information about and it showed / Virtuosso image Xtreme/ skin name-VixBMC/ 1080_Confluence/ Image=Release/ Install date 5/10/ Update 7/10 so whatever that means thats what i have so i dont know if it needs updated or alls ok Thanks/ Barry
