Enigma 2 transcoder - setup help

Hi Guys,

So....I've tried to set this up on my Windows 10 HTPC, but it just will not seem to work. I've followed the instructions to unzip the DB directory to the root of C:\ and have then edited the config file to my box parameters and started the batch file.

Whilst the webserver does indeed start and show a password page, entering it does nothing and the PHP page shows shows errors as in the screenshot below indicating it cant find the files in the correct directory when in fact, they are in the webroot (c:\DB\web):

Anyone have any ideas?

Just right click the batch file and select run as administrator. I had that exact issue on Windows 7 last night.
