    Using a Zero as a client to a Duo2

    Hi guys.

I'm just wondering if anyone can give me the lowdown on using a Zero as a client box to a Duo2?

I plan on connecting the 2 boxes via ethernet and using the remote channel stream plugin.

Will I have access to all the channels on the Zero that I have on the Duo2?

    Simple answer:
    Yes

    In depth answer:
The client box (Zero in this case) will be able to watch any service that you import if a tuner is available on the Host (Duo2 in your case). If the tuners are occupied, you can only watch from the same transponders being used.

Thread will be moved to the ViX-Team-Images-Support-Discussion section. It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.

    Brilliant. Thank you!

I have 2 dual DVB tuners so tuner contention shouldn't be an issue!
