    Timeout for tuner lock

    Hello

    Recently been having trouble trying to update my channel list, I have tried every possibility from changing the LNB, Dish and cable but have not had any luck and the error still occurs each time I search for channels. I have attached the error log any help would be appreciated

    Recheck your connections, I had this issue for a while. Changed the connectors and all was well for a while but then it turned out it was my lnb so changed it and working well. It has to be one of these where the issue lies..
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    Zgemma H7S running OpenVIX 6.2, Darkmotor, Triax TD110 dish, Inverto Black Ultra dual lnb

    East midlands 85M.. could their possibly be a hardware fault with the receiver?

    It's a hardware fault. Could be dish alignment, LNB, cabling, connectors or STB.

    Could be any hardware fault. f-plugs/cables/lnb/dish/box as you're not getting any signal.
    Have you any other box to test with? easiest way to rule out box fault. Other than that, it's replace hardware 1 by 1 starting with f-plugs.
