    Delay when selecting channels

Hi all, I have a solo2 with a standard set-up and whenever I select a different channel the tv screen goes black for a couple of seconds as if you've just turned the tv off then back on. Is this normal or is there a setting Iv'e overlooked? Please be gentle newbie

Do you happen to have your picons on hard disk?
Does it happen for free channels or just pay channels?

Sounds like you've got auto resolution enabled & switching between different res channels so?

Thanks for the advice Judge, you were at least right about Auto-Resolutions they were set so disabled it and I'll try later.

Auto resolution works perfectly well on your Solo2, some TVs can be slower than others to react to change of input though.
Some TVs also have settings on wait & display times, so if you really want to/need to use AR, you should also work your way through your various TV menus.
