    Audio subtitles stuck on

    Hi peeps, this is an odd one now and again I am getting audio subtitles on random channels. I have been through every menu I can see and cannot find where to turn it off....... any ideas????

    this works on my Duo2
    In main menu go to AV then
    Audio Language selection1 - ENGLISH
    Prefer AC3 track - YES
    Prefer audio track stored by service - NO
