Vu Duo2 Recording and watching a different channel

Hi, i am having a few problems with recording on my Vu Duo2 box.
First of all i have a motorised dish LNB single feed going into tuner A.
My fixed Sky (UK) mini dish LNB (28.2) is going into tuner B
When i record a channel the tuner will not let me watch another channel? Just blank? I know tuner B is working fine as i have channels coming through fine.

I am running vix software (166) not the latest i know.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to do next?

    Regards DJZ

Each tuner can only record what it's configured to record by you.
Use a current build available on http://openvix.co.uk, enable debug logs & take screenshots.
Should help in sorting your issue.

I take it that was meant to be CCCam. Please install 2.30.

As above, can you alse post a screenshot of your tuner configs. Guide in signature if you need it

I had this exact same issue a few weeks ago (using v166 also, same box/setup as yourself) and I thought one of my tuners had failed or one of my cables had gone bad.

A full reboot fixed the issue. A trivial and dumb fix, but have you tried a reboot?
