where can i find the latest SlyUK Bouquets for 28

Hi mate as silverfox described there should work. Make sure you have satellite reciever selected,enigma 1, clickalso on remove old bouquets. Funny enough the only time I ever had trouble with dbedit was with my brothers dm500! In end I had to manually transfer all the bouquet files and sat.xml by ftp using winscp

here here chris same here. the bouquets for my dads dm5xx was the same i had it over my house reflashing it for 3 days cause i couln't get the bouquets on it but eventually realised it was a case of toggle to type2 and select enigma1 on options menu so it goes in the right place too. now its a 30 second job

click test on both check ip and check username ..... done that bought or successful.
I know this sounds stupid and i appreciate your patience but where is the enigma1 setting, as I only see an enigma 2 in the options,
I do currently have channels installed when I first set it up, but I have quite a few channels missing, that is why I would like to install these settings,

press tools from the top menu bar and go to toggle between type 2 and 4 settings. you need type 2 for E1 boxes

click option and make sure your setting look like this

make sure you click satellite and also the red box i made that looks blank with nothing there that when the bouquet is open should show the word 'Setting Type 2'

Done what you said my settings look exactly as your picture but still no joy, I'm on the point of giving up as it is doing my heading!!! I've just looked at my dream box file structure with dreambox control centre, I don't see /etc/enigma2/ folders is that why I'm up in the problem? Just tried what everybody is tell me and still get the following message, I open up dreambox edit, load Silver Fox's settings, click on tools make sure it is on enigma 2, click on FTP send files to dream box, auto reload set in enigma 2 is ticked, removed unused boutiques from dreambox is ticked, get the following message, but there is still no boutiques installed!

you dont need enigma2 and your seettings have transfered fine according to that above

just do a complete rescan and restart the box from the back

Another thing i will advise is when i was having a war with my dm500 i noticed that due to all the errors even when i got the correct settings i could not get the bouquets on so if your able to do it then try a reflash and start from scratch

I thought I needed to change it to Enigma 2 from the tools panel, I don't want to re-flashed the box in case I mess it up, I've just done a factory reset on the box, but I have to do an automatic transponder scan for channels as it doesn't let me go any further or switch the box off, I will try the settings again when a scan has finished and let you know,

PS when I download boutiques from the add-ons menu on the blue button they install correctly and I see them, but the problem I have then is it says "service not found" when I click on a channel I was previously getting.

well you need enigma1 which i can tell you did and your bouquets went in correct place so with a full rescan hopefully all should be ok.

I don't know where enigma 1 is all I see in tools to switch between enigma 2 and 4, the files seem to transfer ok, but I can't find them, when I click ok on the remote control and then the blue button for boutiques the only folder I have his favourites (TV) how do I do a full rescan?

Ok here's something that is mad! I just FTP these settings I downloaded elsewhere "SlyUK Bouquets v3.7.0 November 4th By B16MCC" they have showed up on my dreambox in the boutiques, but when I click on a channel I get a service not found even on the FTA channels any ideas why this is?

yeah i just remembered that you must press reload settings on dreambox the b16mcc bouquets are a bit out dated thats y channels dont come


as we speak i just sent my settings over to my dad's dm500 and they have loaded perfectly

Thanks again for your reply, I just downloaded boutique settings for EuroBird 28 which work, from the blue button add-ons on the receiver, they are ok but don't seem as organised as yours, I will try later on if I got time and let you know how I get on, where do I find the reload settings on the dreambox?

When using db edit the FTP window on top right has the reload settings button

WORKING!!!!!! that was the one mate, soon as I clicked on "reload settings on dreambox" it worked, thanks "sliverfox0786" and everyone else for your patience and advice ;-)
