Help needed Technomate TM-3000D

Hi
I'm a complete layman.I tried to add/change channels on TM 3000D ,now I've got nothing, reach the stage to blind search the blue btn ,but nothing happens ,that is the end of my attempt,Can anyone put me in the right direction?
