    Help needed. Transcoding!

Need a little bit of help guys and gals. I'm trying to set up transcoding on my vu solo 2. I works fine when I'm actually connected to my wifi at home but it just wont work outside my home network. I'm trying to set it up on my iphone over 4g but it wont connect. I have forwarded ports 80 and 8002 on my router. I downloaded the blackbox app but keep getting error message "Error, Please check your network connection and entered data".

Does anyone know where I can find an up to date guide perhaps? I've spent nearly 10 hours at it this stage!

Please don't do that unless you're using a VPN, just asking for trouble.

How do I get around that? Every guide asks for ports to be forwarded?
