Have you got previous back-ups that you can delete? In Backup manager delete all entries and make a fresh backup?

    Double check your mounts.
Enter following telnet command and post back results
    Code:
    df -h

Mounts look fine, but your USB drive is full ( can you really get memory sticks that small???). Check that drive to see if recent backups have been getting saved there. If so delete some older ones and check if new backups are being written to USB. If they are it might be worth changing and saving the backup location to USB from the VIX menu, and then changing it back to HDD to see if that sorts it out.

Might be an idea to shut down receiver then remove 64MB flash drive. Reboot receiver, check backup locations then try backup again.
