firstly the disclaimer:
not asking for any keys or equipment of any sort.
i have read the forum rules and at this time i believe i'm not breaking any of them, but am receptive to any advice from forum mods.

now my questions.
is using biss keys legal?
if so, is the facility available to anyone or just certain organisations?
if the services are subscriptions, where, geographically are they available, and how one would one 'subscribe'?
would instructions on how to use the biss keys be provided by the provider?

although i am asking intentionally legitimate questions i understand this could be a sensitive subject to post in an open forum so replies can (if they must) be made by pm.

Because of this forum's rules it is better to go elsewhere for this information.

You need a softcam like CCcam or Oscam, then you need a constant.cw file. There are many places that provide this information, but definitely not here.

If you ask for a more detailed explanation of this I suspect the thread would have to be closed by admin.
