openvix 3.0 update file still require seperate bootloader?

Hi, switching from BH to Vix as too many usb recording probs, downloaded the openvix file and not sure if that now contains all needed or do i still need to d/l and install bootloader? ...didn't have to do this with BH..any help appreciated as starting from scratch again

The bootloader for the Duo2 was updated very shortly after the receiver was launched, if you have already done this update or bought the receiver after that point you will have no need to flash it again.

Thanks for replies, unfortunately tried all over to d/l a vix zeus file , even from openvix, any chance of a pointer? many thanks in advance

The issues affecting the openvix site was fixed earlier this afternoon so you dont need these links any more but they will still work.

Love it!!...thank you, much better than BH imo, so much functionality with Zeus, just wondering how i'd add cccam as cannot seem to see it under plugins ?

you can get cams from openvix.co.uk but you will need to provide your own configuration files.

favourite cccam ?..there's a lot of choice, or can i install a few and try them?...also will work on a config file, enjoyed reading the how to set up cccam with fta uk , seems easy enough...probably famous last words!lol
