Blue panel lock TM500s

I have installed the latest UR image on my technomate tm500s. (ISO-8859-1__TM-500 superTM-600_update-0909)

I have seen from previous posts that there is a blue panel lock, for older UR image TM600 16-03-10.

Is there blue panel lock available on newer UR images?
where would i find the lock settings or activate it?
