my octagon sf8 wont tune in saorsat at 9east or mutv on 10east??????

This is a new one on me and I have had lots of boxes. I have the sf8 with openatv image but when I try to add some channels manually eg 10east and a particular sat on 9east it fails. It says o channels found. Now I have 2 other boxes and they work flawlessly. the channel that wont tune in is mutv 10east, on 11547 1614. Then I have a dish pointing at 9east with the correct lnb for saorsat and again the sf8 finds nothing. i even used the sat.xml from a working uno and still nothing.

iS THIS JUST A DUFF TUNER OR BOX?

Or is there another way of tuning that I am not aware of?

If box is faulty can I have a refund? Its brand new.

None of my receivers will get MUTV on 9e.

So you're using Biss keys and don't even have a valid subscription??

Yet you blame the receiver when it's most likely a softcam issue.

The settings you gave are very incomplete. But using the values from lyngsat.com I noticed that none of my boxes is able to receive that service.
