Not sure what sort of restriction your expecting? But I too am in the UK, as well as many others on here who have used one of these, and we have no problems...

I think it was the first that allowed dvb-t2 reception, so probably why it was so popular in UK, so we could all receive hd channels from freeview with it...

From feedback on amazoom..PCTV Systems DVB-T2 290e nanoStick HD TV Tuner - Watch, Pause & Record Digital Freeview Hi Definition and Standard Definition TV on your PC. Stream LIVE TV to your iPad, iPhone, PC. (Electronics)
Installed into rear USB slot on VU+ Duo2 receiver. Worked perfectly receiving all transmissions from my transmitter (DIVIS) in Belfast and ALSO RTE services via my aerial for Clermont Cairn in County Louth (Rep. of Ireland) some 40 miles away...!!
Perfect reception of both T & T2 (HD) transmissions.

There is one new for £42 on flea bay

I understand that the A867 works for the more established VU+ models under Vix. However, I would be surprised if it works with the Duo2, since my A825 (Twinstar dual usb dvb-t) which is also based on the AF9035 chip doesn't. However, I don't have an A867 to try out.
    OpenVix:
    VU+Duo2 -- 2 x Twin internal DVB-S2 & DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T (Avermedia Twinstar [AF9035], Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]) = 8 tuners
    VU+Duo4kse -- internal Sat FBC & twin DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]

Yeah I seen these but they all seem to be terrestrial tuners. I want a satellite one to be able to record movies an stuff.
