HELP ! Focussat Card not working , activated 1 day ago

Hi , my VU+ doesn't work with the card a bought 3 days ago , activated 1 day ago . Can Anyone tell me what i have to do in the configurations to make it work ?
I also have a dedicated server (ubuntu) with a smart card reader : same problem , not working
