    If your looking to do a full image backup firstly make sure your USB is mounted. With the USB plugged into the box go to…

    Menu> Setup> Vix> Mount Manager

    Then once the usb is mounted to do a image backup it's…

    Menu> Setup> Vix> Image Manager

    And via Menu --> Setup --> Vix --> ImageManager --> Menu make sure the USB has been chosen as backup medium.
