No little while back they moved transponders but should be fine now.

Might be an idea to update your satellite.xml file just in case

Thanks Stanman, could you explain how to update sat xml file, I emailed technomate earlier and they gave quick reply saying to download image 9-11-11 then do factory reset and retune channels, Is it possible to download image 9-11-11 on to memory stick and update reciever software from mem stick or would i have to connect reciever direct to pc to update software, thanks.

You can stick the image on USB and flash it that way but you will lose EVERYTHING bar any recordings - so back up your config files.

Who is that image by as if its TM than dont bother.

You download the satellite.xml from here - you need to tick the sats you want.

    HTML Code:
    http://satellites-xml.eu/

IIRC I think on the TM800 its VAR/ETC but perhaps someone with it can tell you exact location.

I would use the great Huevos's site for the xml
    Code:

Agreed as unlike others it allows you to tailor your satellites.xml file to include only active transponders if you wish. This is very beneficial as any scans made with such a file will not have to pause over dead or inactive transponders while trying to get a lock, drastically spending up scan times while still pulling in the same number of channels.
