The 1.95m (6ft 5in) star died yesterday at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after nearly two months of treatment following a heart attack.
The Oscar-nominated actor's fiancée, reality television star Omarosa Manigault, confirmed his death in a statement released through his publicist.
He had a heart attack on July 13 and 'never fully recovered,' publicist Joy Fehily said.
Duncan's first major role was in 1998 movie Armageddon.
