    Hello peeps.

    Hi,
    Purchased my vu+ solo last week. Have been using my genuine DM600pvr for 3 years with the super stable OpenPLi image for 3 years. It never crashes or locks up and it has XMLtv epg grabber too.

    I've wanted a vu+ ever since they came out and now a genuine vu+ solo is within my limited budget.

    First of all I'd like to say I have the utmost respect for the guys who make this great hobby possible - the teams who create the images. Thank you all.

    I'm wheelchair disabled and don't go out much. Satellite tv means a lot to me.

    Anyway been doing my research. Have all necessary software, a quality Icybox USB to SATA hard drive caddy, WD20EARX HDD, WD align software for my ancient XP laptop to partition 4K sector drive and EaseUS to format drive. Oh and my first ever 16GB Kingston dongle for flashing box.

    Cannot wait to get started.
