If I have it set to 'available HD' it doesn't add BT Sport HD but if I have it set to 'all HD' it adds all the Sky HD channels too.
you just have to wait for either plugin to be updated or someone to upload the files to replace, with updated swap fixes

I may be going mad, but I could have sworn that I've recently seen a version of this plugin dated 13th June?
In any case can someone please confirm which is the latest version number AB 28.2?

    Thanks.

Install latest one on plugin download menu and replace those two files.

Latest one in plugin menu is 31st May.
I have in fact just found the one from June I was referring to, dated 13th June, shall I discard this one?

I have done that, but when I run the 31st May version the bouquet categories are not created (entertainment / sports etc). Files have been replaced as instructed.
But when I run the 13th June version then I get all the bouquet categories

You are probably in radio mode. Press the TV button. Or restart your receiver.

If you install the 13/6/15 one, you will get an update notification because opkg sees the current one as 31/5/2015.

If you take into account that the supplement and swap files need to be replaced, the diffrence between the 31/5/2015 and 13/6/2015 was the "default service" changing. This does not matter if you are already on an active channel. But if you start from fresh, then you see the hiccup that leads you to suggesting that bouquets are not made. If you don't believe me, look at /etc/enigma2/ you will find lots of bouquet files there.

I deleted the 13/6/2015 because the supplement and swap files needed changeing owing to the ITV chanenls. I should have known chanegs were due. Latest merge with PLI code is causing an N/A bouquet to show up as well. Just easier to provide the swap and supplement files.

Are you using the 17/6/2015 files?

Thanks for your continued help. I removed the AB 28.2 plugin version 13th June and then installed the 31st May version from plugin menu. Then I replaced the two files and ran it.
This time the category bouquets have appeared (yay!) however I'm left with some odd channel numbering for sports channels, for example SS News is now channel 408 instead of 401.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Really need to know what settings you are using. I'm guessing you are uisng a HD region. Please see here, ignore the bit about starting another thread, we're here already.
