    URL Streaming on GiGaBlue HD800SE - Team Red image?

    Following on from conversation in this thread.

    Does anyone know if Team Red image supports URL-Streaming?

    Is Team-Read a PLI based image?

    Hi,
    I do not know if it is PLi based. You can search for Partnerbox Plugin. If this plugin exists it might be possible to stream without being PLI based.

    Just an update on this. I have installed Partnerbox on my Gigablue and can successfully stream from my Vu+. Service entries added by RemoteStreamConvert plugin do not work however.

    OK, so will have to wait for a more contemporary image then.
    If there are PLi-based images out there, they will support URL-streaming.

    OpenAAF is pli based but there is a problem with softcams in the bootloaders other images use as far as i'm aware.
