no services , no channels , and other sats channels are greyed out ? ?

just installed iQ-DW mod 2011-11-28

have set service searching too usals and entered the positions correct but now i get no channels on 28.2e
and all other sats channels are greyed out

what has gone wrong ?>

Sounds like your sat xml file is corrupt, or your tuner needs resetting up to allow the various sats thst you can watch

was working fine before the new image though ,, all sats were fine and all channels were showing ,, have just updated the sat.xml file and have updated all channel via dreamboxedit

right i didnt have the right position in the set up for usals

i can now get 28.2e channels but nothing on other sats

how can i get other sat to work ?

the iimage was set up for 28.2e so how can i change it for multi sat ? ?

have now powered down and restrated , 28.2e is working fine but all other sats channels are greyed out .
tuner is set up on usals and positions are correct .

not that up with the workings of the TM800, but most of your problems should be fairly common to any sat unit
if 28 east is now working, it surgest to me, that your tuner setting is set to single sat, ( 28 east )
and perhaps needs setting to many sats, or motorized

right the fix was pretty simple , i updated rats channel list and bouquets through ppanels on the image and then sent the motor channel list and bingo its all working now .
