recommend me a receiver....

for my bedroom.....
hi all. i've had my vu+ duo up and running about a week or so now (and loving it btw)
now ive got the bug i'm looking for a decent box for the bedroom. not bothered bout twin tuner but its gotta be HD
currently looking at the tm800hd but cant seem to find many reviews on this box.
any recommendations would be appreciated

Personally I'd spend a little more and got for something broadcom based such as the GiGablue HD800SE http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...-2-1x-DVB-S-S2 or if you want something more or less identical to use as the Duo then look at the VU+ Solo http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...llite-Receiver

The Gigablue is pretty straight forward to setup with the latest Team red image.

For versatility and ease of use go for the SOLO, the gigiblue is cheaper and currently not as many images for it but this could/should change in the future and is a strong contender. IMHO stay clear of the TM800

cheers fellas. after plenty of ummming and rrrrring and reading reviews on both boxes im gonna go for the solo. hopefully as easy to set up as my duo.
also how do i get the discount when ordering thru this site. never new about it when i got my duo and the missus isnt exactly happy at spending £500 on 2 boxes in a month

Hi buddy.. you wont be disapointed with your Solo..

IMO.. Its the best Single tuner STB on the market..

Set up is more or less exactly the same as your Duo..
