Another estonian update.

I think, there is a problem with TempFanControl translation. It does not translate, stays in english. Translation file is sent to you and commited. Adding the mo-file manually does not change anything.

As for the TempFanControl: for which box does it give problems (as we have 3 different ones with the same name)?
