Moterised Dish problem

I need help. iv just updated my dads VU duo box to the latest VIX image. my problem is i didnt write down the tuner settings and now i cant get the dish to move when i change channel over to a different satelite.
would anyone have a idea what to set the tuner A or B up?

Can you remember if the motor set as USALS ie added your longitude/latitude to the tuner configuration

Here is a generic way to set up USALS on a engima 2 (ignore that it says for DM800 it the same setup on all E2 boxes)
