some of recordings cant be viewed on windows, but plays in VuDuo

    Hi,
I encounter issues with some of the recordings -they simply dont play on my computer. Recordings are always from just 2 -3 channels, the rest plays flawlessly on my windows PC.
I think it has something to do with encryption but all my channes are encrypted but only few pose issues.
I have VuDuo with VTI firmware. I am using newest ccam 2.3.0, but erlier I was using ccam 2.2.4 (if this information matters)
I also have pcmcia encryption card but I dont use it as I have though that it is simplier and better for vuduo setup (imho)

    Can You help?
    Thank You,
    Piotr

Are they SD or HD recordings? What media player are you using? Have you tried VLC? Is you pc/monitor capable of HD?

You really do need to give more info and remember we are not VTi

Ah, sorry, I didnt thought its only a VTI issue. I encounter it also with other firmwares. I use newest VLC on Win7 64Bit. It seems SD and HD movies are affected. Last year I had similar issue with HBO - On VuDuo everything was great but on Windows I cant play movies. Now I have another channel which also gives me similar sympthoms.

Ok , Ill try another images ( at first: VIX ;-D ) and check if it brings some improvements. Thank You!
