    a sky lnb anyone used one on a motor dish

    i have a high gain inverto 0.2db lnb but i am having probs getting anything about 55% on sky as i have a house in the way, i was thinking of swapping the lnb i have a quad one there just wondered if it would work on a motorised dish and give me any better results on trying to get the signal up ta

    ita a quad lnb from and old sky dish ta

    the sky dish,s collect there signal from the sides of the dish, and when i last looked at a sky lnb, it was V shaped, to obviously read the sides of the dish
    however, I do know of a zone 2 sky dish being motorized, and that worked very well

    baz
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
    1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
    and a pile of redundant cards/cams
