Sneaky Peak of my new skin.

hi all,

i thought i would share with you all a sneaky peak of a skin i have been working on, it is based on Vu HD and that why i have called it Vu HD Plus.

i would love to know your comments on what you think of it . both good and bad, just be kind as this is my first attempt at one (well modding).

atm the skin is only for VTI 1.3, but if there are enough people that like it i may consider doing one for others too, as ALL the elements have been totally redrawn in Photoshop

Nice work , i once tried to alter the skin on black hole with my dreambox but other than changing a few colours i always got a green screen and i just gave up.

Would be nice to get one for the dream-elite image if you can afterwards Might make me change from my dmconcinnity (hate the spelling of that, always get it wrong )...

Anyway you can get ecm times showing on encrypted channels?

well once i had the design worked out (in my head) i would say about 3 days, the first 2 where the learning curve to learning the skinning engine, i just wish there was a function manual so i know what commands i could use to get the most out of it. doing most of the codding my hand as the tools that are out there produce a lot of green screens, mainly due to the app using "center,center" when engima2 does not like it in most cases, it prefers actual positions.

One other thing, does the skin take picons and allow ecm info etc?!

Using dream-elite, and disabled the "light-skin", so that everytime I zap to a channel, it shows the full infobar. That gives me the picons. But looking at yours, it doesn't allow both?! Maybe won't bother you, as you'll be so fed up, don't wanna put it out there for the dream-elite image hehe.
