Issue Flashing Image

Hi unable to flash as uSB appears to not be recongnised

Followed guide and
Format a USB stick to FAT32
Copied update folder from openvix-5.2.003.release-tmnanosecombo_usb to usb stick
powered down box
insert usb
box then boots as normal

I can have the usb recognised on the box and format in the box so the port on the box works and so is the USB

ANy ideas

Flash using Image Manager.

Tried that got the error
plugin list failed e.g wrong backup destination or no space left on the disk

Even after a factory reset the same happens

Even after a factory reset the same happens

Factory reset. - just removes settings so you go back through the install wizard.
Plugin list failed is not an ImageManager msg during flashing,, more like from settings backup
So can you be more precise?
Have you run ImageManager?
Did it complete or fail in backing up the settings?
If the latter, hit menu and turn off backup settings and then use ImageManager to flash latest Image.

Thanks for that, the backup was the issue
