help needed

Hi I am trying to update to a newer vix image have downloaded quite a few but my box just keeps booting old image looks like it wont read usb please help

Have you tried flashing it using Image Manager?

as your current image is very old.

Give it a try. Lots of people here to help.

first make a backup blue button backup and make also image backup. Then you can always revert back.
Then download online new image and flash from box.

PS : make sure you have settings for box ,softcam and channels saved somewhere. I have them always om my PC ( trough FTP program)
