BBC ONE Lost and Pixelating

Hi,

Over the last couple of days I have experienced reception issues with BBC ONE. Via my Xtrend 8500 box BBC ONE SD was pixelating and now there is no picture. Today BBC ONE HD has started to pixelate too with the Xtrend. If I use my old Sly receiver on the dish all is fine. I have conducted an Automatic Rescan on the Xtrend but the problem remains. Currently all other channels appear to be fine via the Xtrend.

Any ideas?

Check your connectors and cabling etc. Because your official sky receiver is ok, doesn’t automatically mean your Xtrend will be ok. Tuners can play a part with sensitivity etc.
